反核食效應 吳敦義：盼日改由國家級驗證較可靠
台灣通過「禁止日本核災區食品進口」的公投案，日本方面表示，台灣恐怕因此無法加入跨太平洋夥伴全面進步協定(CPTPP)。對此，國民黨主席吳敦義今天(8日)表示，國民黨執政時曾對日方表示，希望是由國家級的衛生食品機構驗證，會比較可靠。吳敦義表示，要加入CPTPP也沒有這麼簡單，攸關各國利益，需要時間。#記者王韋婷的採訪報導#
由國民黨領銜發起的反對日本核災區食品進口台灣的公投通過，日本外相河野太郎表示，台灣希望加入跨太平洋夥伴全面進步協定，「但變成這樣的情況無法加入」。
對此，國民黨主席吳敦義8日受訪時表示，可以理解日本的態度，但是核災區食品也攸關台灣國民身體健康。吳敦義指出，國民黨執政時曾對日本表示，希望以國家，而不是社團法人的層級認證未受到汙染；但是日本後來還是採取社團法人的認證，政府當時顧及民眾健康，所以沒有同意進口。吳敦義說：『(原音)但是他們當時是說希望用他們的社團法人出證明，但我們覺得應該維護國人的身體安全跟健康，所以並沒有同意那時候進口到台灣，那現在又經過一個公投，恐怕還是要日方改善他的驗證機構，應該由政府機關，這樣比較可靠。』
媒體詢問，若台灣最後無法加入CPTPP，是否擔心會怪到國民黨頭上。吳敦義表示「不會」，要加入CPTPP沒有這麼簡單，必須各種要件齊備。他說，過去在泛太平洋夥伴協定(指TPP)時期，台灣也一直很努力爭取加入，但是牽涉各國利益，所以還需要一點時間。
